Informations About Winezero The first Top Quality wine with low amount of alcohol arrives in Italy thanks to Abrobiotec. Winezero is a pioneer product in Italy, elaborated in San Bernardo (Valladolid), thanks to the intensive research work begun in 2004. Many agencies and institutions have collaborated along with winemaking team in a project that is presented on the market in FOUR different References: Winezero Red, Winezero White, Winezero Rosè and Winezero 12 months. What is Winezero? Winezero is a completely new product in the national and international markets. Four years of work and thorough investigation by our winemaking team and in collaboration with agencies like the Castilla y Leon Agricultural Techniques Institute (ITACYL), or Castilla y Leon Oenological Station, among others, have resulted in the first product with a very low alcohol content that arrives in Italy under four different varieties. An alcohol free wine? Winezero is a product made with wine from the best grapes from Duero area which, after a process of deconstruction, has reduced its alcohol content to a 0.5%. How do we get it? Winezero is a result of three years of work and research. Through a purely physical process, the wine undergoes a process of deconstruction of its elements: the wine is separated, getting on one hand, the alcohol, on the other hand, scents, and eventually the rest of components. After this procedure, the wine is rebuilt without its alcohol. Winezero has been developed through a system known as Spinning Cone Column (SCC). The dealcoholization has been carried out through a vacuum distillation at low temperature of a previously fermented wine in stainless steel tanks and always at a controlled temperature. Through this process of deconstruction, the risk of loss of aromatic components is minimized. |
